Anyone familiar with this stock and can explain its rise?

They are a Dallas based company and the parent company of XTU, Luminant, Dynegy and Ambit. They went through Chapter 11 in 2016.

It has rallied ~4.5x over the last year or so.

I mentioned it in the stock market thread back in 2020 when it hit $12…. Wish I didn't sell in the $20s
