Start several cash heavy businesses (legit ones) like fuel stations, food trucks, car washes, etc. You might even make a little profit on the businesses stand-alone.

Slowly funnel the $30M through your receipts - including paying taxes on it as an increased business profit.

You've taken your time and effectively laundered the money. Invest it however you like.
