We are currently interviewing candidates for a job, but would like to ask the applicants to complete several assessments before making any offers. Do anyone of you have a recommendation for any of the following:

  • Typing
  • Technology
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Initiative
  • Etc

Also, does anyone use or recommend the Kolbe Assessment?
