Yes it would be pretty much full time. We are considering replacing our current person who's leaving soon by outsourcing. Or we may hire a salary person as well, which I did cross post the job.
I would say this is more accounting and bookkeeping rather than just bookkeeping. Location does not matter if we outsource. We do not need this person to consult or review KPI's. We have an outside agency that handles this.

Reconcile Cash Advances for the business
Post payments in QuickBooks Online
Manage Payroll through ADP
Assist with onboard process of new hires:
- Set up health insurance, vision, dental
- Set up company retirement through broker
- Send workers comp form to new hires
Reconcile Stripe transactions
Send to collections
Pull internal company reports
Monitor Petty Cash
Manage W-9s and 1099s
Enter Bills/Invoices into QuickBooks Online
Cut checks for signature and mailout by due dates
