I graduated in 04 and never heard it, at least don't recall it. Mainly we called it (and still do) BCS or on occasion CS.

I began hearing it widespread during the Sumlin era..... not once before.

I went to the new Buccees outside of Jacksonville, FL. It was the first legitimately bad experience I had in a Buccees. I think (sadly) it may have jumped the shark when it left the confines of Texas.

This is like trying to get technical about the term "fajitas". Used to be that fajitas referred to the skirt steak that was sliced up & put into tortillas. Now fajita means soft taco with grilled beef, chicken or shrimp +grilled onions/peppers.
For some reason ground meat in a soft taco is still just a soft taco. Also, sometimes if a soft taco is held vertically or becomes too large it magically becomes a burrito.

I have a friend that was up the chain somewhere with Coke. He told me the three toughest vendors to negotiate with were Buccees, Costco and Publix.

He said Coke likes to have control over displays and location of their product, but that they pretty much had to give up control with those businesses because their negotiators were the toughest.

I'm a huge Costco fan, and I like Buccees so it made me almost respect them more for (in my opinion) carrying about the customers/consumers more than the supplier/vendor.

I go to Buc-ees a few times a year to get ethanol free gas for lawn equipment. How come they don't have windshield squeegees? I like a clean windshield and usually clean mine while getting gas.

Maintaining 120 squeegees, paper towels, and water is a lot extra they probably don't want to take on.

I'm not sure what you're asking, however the Bucees near me has something like the most gas pumps of any gas station in the US (world???) and it's often times a wait at each pump. Not sure why the business would add the extra expense.
