This is coming from an old fart, so take it with a grain of salt. The last major societal disruption was the internet. During the peak of the dot com rush in the late 90's I don't think many were on AAPL, AMZN, or GOOGL as the obvious winners. Microsoft would have definitely been in there, but so was IBM, broadcast.com, geocities, lycis, Alta Vista, and pets.com. That's not to mention Napster, which had a similar stock following that TSLA has and FB had a decade or so ago. I do think that we'll see another revolution, but how do we pick the winners from the losers instead of getting crushed like most dot com investors when most of the companies were weeded out?
