Nobody knows if BTC will be the king forever. I think it has two big advantages that will never go away: the developer is anonymous and has never cashed in his shares, making it not about the profit at all. Two, it was the first cryptocurrency.

However being first doesn't make it the best. It has lots of shortcomings and in the end the argument is "everyone likes it so everyone should like it". There's new coins that have better performance, efficiency, security, etc.

It's entirely possible another coin establishes itself as the best and the market follows suit. For instance if ETH 2.0 comes out and sees big adoption, low gas fees, low power usage, faster blocks, etc? Or another coin? All it would take is some consensus and off it goes.

For one thing, Texags has a long history of people abusing the trust of Aggies. Not tons, but they're out there.

I have some ada staked on yoroi. I'm trying to move a little back to coinbase for several reasons. Issue I'm having is yorio isn't taking my coinbase exchange address. Shows up as invalid? Please enter a valid address. Any ideas? I'm simply copy/pasting the receive address straight from my coinbase app (not wallet). Thanks.

Uniswapped some ETH to APES. It's a utility token with a charitable twist that runs super cheap, and I'm hearing rumblings about some celebrities who are going to pump it. I've been told to make sure and use uniswap.org (not .com). Also, had to be careful to buy APES, not APE.

This is an alt coin in its infancy. I'll get back to y'all with updates.

Personally, I installed the official Cardano wallet/node app called Daedalus on my laptop and moved my ADA there off coinbase. I don't fully trust other methods of staking right now.

NM. figured it out.

I have both Daedalus and Yoroi but stake my ADA on Yoroi for ease and convenience. Very secure and on mobile.

Everything down 30%-40%.

Def the worst sell off I've seen. Worse than march 2020. The 2018 crash didn't have near this velocity. I don't think this cycle has topped tho. That would suck.
