ADA with a nice rebound

Yep, ADA dipped less than most alts and rebounded more quickly. It's beginning to set itself apart.

Europe seems to be evolving to embrace blockchain tech more quickly than the states. This bodes well and strengthens the case for ADA in my opinion.

Agreed. ADA is becoming its own thing and it's hard to imagine a world in 3-5 years where the Cardano platform isn't solving major societal, economic and logistical problems around the globe.

How high do y'all think ADA can get? It has a large supply, so that would probably limit the range

Unless something changed that I am unaware of, ADA has a supply cap of 45B. 32B are already in circulation.

Given that 71% of the coins are already minted and ADA is barely being utilized in the mainstream, I believe it's growth potential is significant.

Sunshine Trevor Lawrence also believes in ADA. He had part of his NFL signing bonus paid out in ADA.

$15 would put it on current ETH market cap level.
That's very doable.

Also, after Alonso hard fork there will be a supply shock due to using ADA to buy other tokens similarly to BNB, and many will be locked away in liquidity staking pools.

Over 70% of ADA is staked.

How do you deal with taxes when staking a cryptocurrency? I assume you owe tax on anything you earn.

Also, do you have to put your ADA on the Daedalus wallet to stake?

Chainlink is far more important than Cardano. In fact I would say it's the most important cryptocurrency, period. The concept of smart contracts where you can be absolutely sure you will get your money and have it executed at exactly the right time is unheard of in the world. Chainlink will not only allow for this but it will link almost everything.

It's an incredibly ambitious project but it's utility is utterly unmatched. There is a reason why people are saying it will be worth $1000 by 2025 at least.

So I opened both an Uphold and Crypto.com account late Sunday night with a few hundred in each. Uphold was quick and easy. Bad timing to jump into ADA and XRP but oh well. Play money anyway. Crypto.com has been a sh@@show. Rejected my card when I tried to purchase ONE. Thought I'd fixed it so I tried to purchase something else. I don't remember if it was VET or DGB. Also rejected. I don't see any transaction history anywhere on the site for it, even to show it as a failed transaction. But then I checked yesterday and the charges for both show up on my card. But only the ONE transaction shows in my Crypto.com wallet.

As a person already thinking all this stuff might be a little sketch, this isn't giving me the warm fuzzies. Hope I at least eventually get my asset for the charge. Or a refund of it. But the chat functionality in the Crypto.com app doesn't seem to be working. Can't actually type in a note anywhere.

Don't have the answer for tax, but you don't have to get the Daedalus wallet to stake. The lighter yorei one allows you to choose your stake pool too I believe and you can stake through most exchanges. Of course the cardano community seems against staking from an exchange because of the risk of centralization, but it's definitely easy.

Not so much my friend.

I like LINK but C3 is the oracle of the Cardano ecosystem and it will have as much if not more utility due to the flexibility of Cardano.

I've said it before amd I'm saying it again...Cardano will be like the internet or AWS on blockchain.

That is ignorance by a factor of 100 my friend.
You tie Cardano's utility and relevance too much to smart contracts and not enough the the technology that will enable it come Aug. Additionally, the vision of Cardano coupled with its functionality and flexibility is worth half of gold's market cap.

I'd assume it's in there, just processing. Most exchanges won't really let you do anything with deposits for a few days anyway. Some are nice and let you exchange, covert, etc while they're in limbo but read the fine print. I know Uphold put one of my deposits on a 45-day hold! And it was a regular checking account withdrawl.

If it doesn't show up in another day or so, then I'd start to follow up on it.

When you say C3 is that Charli3?

If so, is uniswap the only good way to buy it, and can it be stored on a ledger nano?

The certainty on here with some of these claims is simply unwarranted. Everyone on here needs to take any statement on here as opinion. No one on here can predict the future or know jack sh^t about what any of this will do.

I realize I'm stating the obvious but I feel like people are judging crypto as this can't miss investment opportunity that will never decrease in value.

Crypto is very volatile but in general it has been can't miss. Over a longer span of time, it has always gone up in value. Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc. have massively increased since they began. Ethereum and Bitcoin both began under $1. All of the other major coins have skyrocketed in value since their start when taken over a few years.

Can you lose money on ****coins? You bet, I certainly have lost some money. However, you have to remember that crypto is still early and most of these projects are still not close to fully realized. The other thing that will become increasingly obvious is that money is beginning to switch from the stock market to crypto investing. This is a game changer and it would not surprise me if by 2030 or 2035 that crypto investing exceeds stock market investing. I already done some finance guys who invest as a career who are thinking about going 100% crypto.

The last thing is that you should never day trade crypto if you can't do it as a full time job. Buy and hodl (yes this is a purposeful misspelling but it's a long running crypto meme). Hodl a coin over the span of years and it is likely it will significantly increase in value.

Yes, but past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Odds wise it may be a better bet in general, because it's the wild west right now which is typical of new investment frontiers leading to rising tides lifting all boats. As a result, there are 3,000+ coins out there and most of these are likely to not exist in 5 years as the industry coalesces around tech and use cases that actually work and more regulation is introduced.

I'm commenting more on people on here stating that certain coins are can't miss opportunities that will change the world. No one can possibly know that.
