Anyone get into Chain games when I mentioned them over a week ago??

I know a few got in on ADA, VET, and ONE when I mentioned those weeks ago.

ADA will go up in 2-3 weeks when Ethiopia is finalized and more countries begin to join the ecosystem. It will explode in early to mid July prior the Alonso hard fork rollout. About to buy $10k more ADA on next dip ($1.10-$1.14) and when it hits $4.50-$8 in Aug (possibly $9-$15 if devs jump ship from ETH) I will convert those into USDC and then into BTC during the next bear downturn.

I've been doing the math on multiple scenarios and I believe this is the best way to increase my holdings with the least amount of risk. Cardano is not a typical ecosystem and will be around in 5-10 years.

I might convert a portion of my Harmony One at the same time because by July/Aug it will probably be $.60-$1.50.

The goal - own as much BTC as possible while maintaining good positions in 6-8 alt coins that have a future (ADA, VET, ONE, LINK, ENJIN, MANA, DOT, GRT).

I hope your prediction comes true. One thing that concerns me is the report that the DA of NY has required tether to provide starting in May. I really feel like the investigation into tether is just on hold and the US government may pick up where NY left off. That could being the bull market to a screeching halt.

No, no it couldn't.

Tether is popular but there are plenty of stablecoin alternatives to pick up the slack if something happens to it.

Yes it could. If tether is found to be printing without backing it would send shockwaves through the entire market. It won't end crypto but it will slow things down until it gets sorted out. It's something to watch for. I will be in a good position to by the dip if it happens.

People have been claiming this will happen for close to 5 years now and I really hope that's not what you are waiting for to buy the dip, because we just had the dip.

Is the concern that folks won't be able to trade crypto to crypto as easily if tether goes away?

No I don't think that's the concern at all. The current market cap could be highly inflated if tether is just printing tethers without any sort of Fiat backing. It's pointed out that there's plenty of other stable coins out there, however tether continues to have the largest market cap they have over 40 billion sitting in tether right now as opposed to 10 billion of USDC.

I have not let it deter me from getting into the market, it's just something that I'm watching very closely and will continue to watch until mid-May when their first report is due.

Tether had an audit and they had sufficient fiat/assets that equalled/surpassed their liabilities. Story should go away now.

I dropped ADA to add to ONE. I felt it put me in a stronger position in the long-term based on the allotment I was able to put into ADA at the price point.

That's not what the AG of NY said..let me see if I can find the wording they used this afternoon. Of course this is the same group trying to release Trump's tax records so who freaking knows

Pretty much. Buy BTC on Coinbase, xfer it to private wallets. They still control it it if you're using a CB wallet.

also that size transfer typically indicates a custody wallet (institutional investor)

And for the record, I'm only in BTC, ETH, ZRX, LINK, and ALGO, plus the piddly stuff coinbase gives you for watching videos for stuff like NU and XLM.

I wish I could get on DOGE, but coinbase doesn't have it and I'm too lazy/risk averse to go get a wallet that does.

I started buying in when it dipped last week. I like that I can stake it.

I'm looking at EasyFi as well now that they've partnered with Binance. They're a lending platform.
