I'm using market cipher. Mentioned above that rising tide raises all ships. Btc is going up so ALL other cryptos likely rise in the short term.

Elon's comment really wasn't the catalyst for this. It was because the miners and whales do a dump every Sunday. They manipulated the market pretty hard this time, but it was expected. By Tuesday we should be at 58k or more again before the next dump cycle. It will be a great time to sell the peaks and buy the dips. The good news for investors is BTC is down and isn't rallying too quickly. Once it does, it will shoot up fast, however. Get in that Cryptocurrency you were thinking about buying, now. Next Saturday you will be glad you did.

It never occurred to me that the miners would have to regularly unload, in the back of my mind I picture them hording forever but obviously you have to pay for the mining, make profit to justify the time, etc.

Do miners tend to keep their generated coins or unload them all for immediate profit?

I don't know how it all works, but recently they get together and dump together so the price drops, then they buy back in at a lower price. Between you and me, this keeps happening on Sundays. So watch the thread next Sunday and we'll try to narrow down when the dump happens. I'll say this, Market Cipher was spot on as to when the dip hit and when the rebound would happen. All systems are go for a steady climb at least for the short-term.

I'm looking at ADA hard. Does anyone have an issue with ADA being in control of your Daedalus wallet?

Not much I have issue with Cardano but more tech adept folks might dislike something.

I have 4k ADA tokens so I believe it will be broadband to ETH dial up and make a big difference globally due to its utility (interoperability, scalability, and sustainability).


Get over 5% using Daedalus bit locked in for 12 mos...no biggie...helps the platform.

Well for obvious reasons I could see miners trying to stay random or off-schedule so I'm not saying we'll discover the exact moment or anything.

I'm more wondering the general miner - what's their thought process / goal? If you're one of those who have a DC full of hardware, cooling, power gen etc... You can't just mine mine mine, you gotta pay for that stuff. Or is this a speculative thing - you take losses now, knowing you've got a future goldmine?

I'm sure there's many different approaches and it will change depending on goals and size of the operation as well. But I don't know anyone in that business so it's unfamiliar to me.

Agree with this. I'm extremely wary of anyone pushing an algorithm that claims it can credibly predict goal posts of BTC considering the current level of activity has been the norm for maybe 6 months(or less)

No the signal came about 1500 from the low, and then I was slow to see it. But with prices able to get to $58k, plenty of room to run.
