Isn't xrp the one that got sanctioned by the SEC?
SEC is currently engaged in an extremely weak lawsuit against Ripple Labs over their initial sales of XRP and whether or not it was considered a security at the time.
Looks more like a hack job from the former administration since Jay Clayton filed the lawsuit in his last day in office and immediately went to work for Ethereum.
Highly likely that the case is settled or thrown out completely. XRP will potentially hit $10-$13 in this cycle - where it goes beyond that I guess depends on it's adoption with CBDCs
Blockchain Backer on YouTube probably gives the best fundamental pricing breakdowns and Legal Briefs, also on YouTube has great breakdowns of the SEC case.
