Has anyone used any of the sites such as Wefund, Republic.co, startengine, fundrise, etc.? Us little guys need options when the market is up so high, but seems like scam potential is very high with these sorts of things.

I put a little bit in Fundrise, communication is good, dividends have been pretty good. I haven't tried to pull any money out yet, so not sure how liquid it really is.
