PPS is owned by Victory Mark. They have 2 other sites. Since I've been following them, they've called the play before APS so some people think they are related.

APS isn't going to get back in the game. They were black listed and then changed management. If they do it will be under a new name and new email list. I wouldn't hold your breath on the APS name anymore.

for some reason my level 2 is only showing one bid/ask out there...I use scottrade and literally just activated my level 2 so I wouldn't really know why either way but I check other symbols that don't trade even near this volume and they have a ton of results. Tryin to figure this level 2 thing out for now.

Scottrade may not show level 2 for OTCC stocks unless you are an active trader. Call them up and tell them give it to me or I'm going to another broker

So scottrade says that level 2 just shows me the market makers and not all the bid/asks on the open books. w/e that last part means, I'm not totally sure but either way I can't see a stack like you are describing. I can see time/sales date as the transactions roll through but not open orders on the bid ask. He was explaining to me that in OTC trades there is only one market maker so that is why I'm only seeing one...this make any sense?

Just closed the scottrade account...I'll be calling schwab tomorrow from the airport to get confirmation on all the account requirements so that I can get a more "full" view of level 2...what a fun and interesting experience I have had today. LMAO.

Let me clear up some stuff. Sorry for confusing you guys.

I used Schwab but I get my level 2 quotes from investorshub.com and pay $20/month. Schwab depending on the stock will have level 2 quote for small cap but usually they don't.

I'm pretty sure Etrade has level 2 free for active traders. I thought Scottrade was the same.
