As part of the pre-check in process at what is a pretty nice hotel, I was just sent a very broad liability waiver to sign. Essentially says in exchange for the option to participate in various activities through the hotel, I agree not to sue for ANYTHING. I am not going to be participating in any activities through the hotel (if I was I get it), and I'm not super keen to waive all liability...I don't recall ever being required to do this...is it on the standard check-in form at Hiltons/Marriotts that you blindly sign? I always assumed those were agreeing to pay for all charges/damage etc...
Am i crazy here?
