Bases Juiced, 1 out, who would you rather have up, Ausmus, Everett, or the Pitcher?


I'm going to go with the Pitcher, and I'm 100% serious.

Ausmus...unless the pitcher is Backe or Williams

I'm gonna have to go with the pitcher on that one...just tell him not to swing and let Biggio (or whoever's batting leadoff) give it a shot. That's a better scenario than an Ausmus or Everett DP.

Ausmus would ground into the double play, Everett would hit a foul pop, gotta go with the pitcher

Everett.. because Ausmus and the pitchers hit into slightly more double plays. Everetts grounders are so bad, they can only get one
