Is Beltran gets in and gets in fairly early (3rd year) then any impact to Jose's candidacy should be almost nothing. Beltran was the ring leader with Cora. Altuve didn't participate.

Mr. Ketch sir, do you have a sense on whether the front office see's Jurrickson Profar's 2024 season as a flash in the pan or built on sustainable changes/improvement?

Eno Sarris, an analytically-minded baseball journalist I rely on for fantasy insight, tends to believe in this "new" version of Profar based on underlying metrics.

If the 2025+ Profar plays like the 2024 Profar, he will be a steal at his projected price. Not to mention he's the best outfielder available at this time.

Bregman's slash in 21 regular-season career games at Comerica (96 plate appearances) is .227/.281/.421.

The only place he's worse that he's played at least 20 games is Yankee Stadium - 24 games, .207/.305./.359 woof

Meanwhile at Fenway in 21 games - .375/.490/.750 - unreal 1.240 OPS and 7 HR and 15 RBI in 98 plate appearances.

His batted ball metrics were fantastic. There was nothing flukey about it other than he'd never done it before and this was his age 30 season.
