1. Deal Tucker and Framber for controllable young talent and picks.

2. RETVRN

One team not mentioned so far is the Giants. They could be aggressive with a new GM and lots of payroll space to extend. There are a lot of interesting pieces as well. Harrison has ace potential. Schmitt is a glove first 3B with some pop that is big league ready. Obviously Wade is a guy I think we would covet and their first round pick hot off to a slow start but he is also a better fit here than their as he's really a 1B and they have Eldridge.

I don't think the Giants have room after signing Arson Judge and Carlos Correa in recent years.

Haven't heard much from the Orioles. They need starting pitching. They could use Framber and we could use some of their young talent, which they have in abundance.

I think they're in on Burns & looking at Cease deals.

Ha, honestly my thinking was that's why they are motivated after those embarrassments and they've shown they are at least trying to make big deals.

Says giants, Yankees and cubs in on Tucker. Also says it's Yankees, red Sox, and Astros for Alex.

Updated confidence levels for Alex based on what I'm hearing on my end:

NYY 40%
BOS 35%
Field 18%
HOU 7%
Ags #1

The NY media will eat him alive for his slow starts. But best of luck alex, chase that money, you earned it

Framber and Pressly to the orioles would fetch a lot of good prospects I think. Is that a possibility?

Always been a dream of his to play there. Grew up a Yankees fan and wears #2 because of Jeter. Obviously can't relate but I get it lol

I thought he wore two because he was the second draft pick and wanted to punish the league for passing on him.

As much as I hate when our players leave it is always funny to watch fans do gymnastics to try and say why they can cheer them now after hating them for so long. MN and Toronto was funny, but watching the NYY try to wiggle into cheering for Breggy will be next level

It's already been mentioned but man those Yankee a-holes are not gonna be as kind to him on those slow starts.

That's gonna be rough.

I still say Yankee stadium is not going to be kind to Bregman. Per Savant he'd have 57 fewer HRs in Yankee if he played every game there. 16 fewer over the last 3 seasons. His xwOBA was as low as it's ever been in his career minus the partial 2016 season. The combination of age and ballpark is going to put Breggy in a world of hurt. I want him back, but I still think the Astros offer is fair. I'm with Crane on this one.

If Crane were smart he'd blow up the roster for picks and prospects and bring back Luhnow

In Rome's article from yesterday, he has a note that Crane has given his blessing to Brown and the front office to proceed as they wish. We can only hope

I was looking at that before I read this.

Bregman is literally playing in the best park he could play in for his swing. He's optimized for the Crawford Boxes. If we can see this, you know the other teams know this. That makes all this dancing even more strange. Why would anyone pay him more money to be less effective? And in some parks way less effective.
