Jim Crane is getting worse every year as an owner
I'm not sure why Cctane is a bad person over this. If it increases his revenue stream that's a good thing. If it makes resigning Bregman or Tucker possible it's a very good thing.
Having said that I honestly don't know who gets the money for naming rights. Is that the team or HCSA? I'm guessing HCSA.

I like Adames but makes more sense that you would trade Pena in that scenario. Padres or Tigers could make sense for Jeremy.

Feels like negotiation tactic. The market for high end 3B is nonexistent outside of Bregman. If Adames is willing to move then the supply just doubled.
