Boch is a damn moron. Not sure how many times he needs to see Leclerc shut it down for an inning just to get smashed the next. It's happened all year.
Looked like he was just being overly cautious. Weird considering his speed.gigem1223 said:
Why is Langford not on 3rd? Why did he not run?

so going forward…. Is Adolis tradeable? What pieces do the Rangers have moving forward……. new hitting coach or did the players just say FU, we just won the WS I will do whatever Iwant???? Hard to account for such a crazy falloff offensively!

That all sounds great in theory but you can't just snap your fingers and get a better player. You have to give young players time to figure it out and improve, knowing that they could regress, stay where they are or just never pan out.
Taveras is a great example. He hasn't changed much from last year, but he has started just about every game in CF while Garcia has been horrible and Carter has been hurt. 25 years old, under control for several more years and has a ton of potential. If you get rid of him, who comes in to replace him?
I'll answer my own question. It's Langford/Carter/Garcia next year and I don't feel good about Carter's health or Garcia's ability. Or we pick up some 30 something journeyman on a one year contract.
And I need to change my handle on here but too lazy to do it. Don't even remember why I picked this one. It's the name of the fat boy in Animal House, for those that don't know.

I think at some point you just get what you can for Adolis and then go with Langford/Carter/Tevares.
Pitching, really need DeGrom to get to rehab starts and pitch in September. Then a full regular off season.
