Generally means they've aligned on one side getting their pick of 2-3 (or more) similar prospects, but they want a little more time to do homework to finalize the selection. But in the meantime, both sides want to get the meat of the deal locked in and done. The PTBNL usually isn't a key part of the deal

It could also include language like, "If player x does something, then the PTBNL is from Group A, but if he doesn't, then from Group B."

Have never seen a rookie like him. 99% of the time it's these guys learning to not to chase. With him it's when to swing. I'd rather have his issue because he will figure it out vs some guys never stop chasing, but it has definitely resulted in a lot of wtf this year

Kick in the balls kind of game. Bad defense which led to runs galore for the jays. Jays web gems all over the place. Felt like we were going to win most of the evening. Never could get any separation.

Had enough offense where a good start wins it and Heaney turns in a subpar start.
