Looking at the schedule. Assuming the Mets and Braves get in, they'll be the two late games. Orioles will probably have the noon slot. We get the 3:00. That's my prediction. No way they bump either Atlanta or the Mets for the afternoon and give us the evening time slot

We've always gotten the early time slot in the early rounds so I'll assume we are before Baltimore

I just hope they don't give us the Yankees crew (a-rod and that yes network ******) to call the games. They've done wild card the past few years

It's a prisoners dilemma since whoever wins the first game has no incentive to win the second. It doesn't change who they would play. Only the G1 loser or Arizona would play Milwaukee. Unless you specifically want to keep out the G1 loser, they could just run out a ST lineup and potentially use a call up (since it's a double header they should get a free extra pitcher) to start.

remember the Raiders-Chargers playoff game from a couple of years ago
it was headed toward an overtime tie...in which both teams would make the playoffs
but then late in the overtime period the Chargers (stupidly) broke the trust...and decided to play for the win...and missed the playoffs

I agree we'll be one of the two early time slots due to the fAtl/NY doubleheader to be played to determine the final two teams for the NL. Whether we get the early game or the midafternoon I won't make a guess.
