This lineup had one good chance and blew it, doesn't feel like these guys could do that more than once a game

Honestly, if they're wanting to visit ways to make the baseball season more efficient, I'm of the opinion that they should build things in to be fully punitive to the teams.
Example...if you're tied or ahead in a game and you get a runner to 3rd with no outs and you fail to score that run, you should have the number of runners on-base when the 1st out was recorded subtracted from your total score. (So, last inning for the Astros....guys at 2nd & 3rd with no outs....no scoring....they lose 2 runs).
If you're trailing in a game and you do it, it should be an automatic forfeit....statistically speaking, it's that egregious of a f*** up at the MLB level.
I won't be submitting this idea to Manfred's office b/c they'd probably think it was a Hell of an idea.

Yordan already gave us the AB we've been seeing from Altuve late in games anyway.

Astros have cooled off considerably at MMP with an 7-7* record since the Break. Still better than what happened starting around this time last year.

It's ok to say that the team is doing all they can while also saying the lineup is filled with players who have no business playing on a contending team.

They've won something like 12 of the last 14. That's pretty dang good in my book.
They should paint the batter's eye to look like Fenway.
Felt like a lot of swing and miss on pitches well in the strike zone to go along with our typical flailing away at sweepers way down and way away.

When your lineup is this garbage, the stars have to do something. Bregman and Yordan scoring no one with bases loaded on a combined total of four pitches was it.
It seems (I have no statistics for the nerds) that on get-away days, the players and the manager/coaches fail to show up. Disgusting.

As pathetic as it was it was good to see Bregman take ABs. The lineup we've trotted out this series would be in a dog fight to maintain this division lead over the next couple weeks without him. It's gonna be a rollercoaster end of the month
I don't know about y'all, but between them sitting by and watching the slow-moving steam roller come at them with injuries and doing nothing either through a DFA'd veteran or a small move for someone who could hit their weight in a stretch run and their clear issue with something bordering on honesty with regard to injuries, I'm becoming less of a fan of this FO.
The Tucker issue cannot have involved even a moment of honesty and then Verlander gets scratched from a start b/c he slept weird and then boom, he is making his 1st start again a month and a half later.
