Can someone with Fubo, or otherwise IT-inclined, explain why I can't get Space City when on the road? I've even used a VPN and it doesn't show as a listing in the guide. Any secret to this?

What about an MLB account... can I watch the Astros if not located in the market? I spend every other week out of state, but I don't want to pay for it only to find out that my billing address blacks the games out no matter my location.

It is not available when I leave Houston. I travel to Memphis, Nashville, and Valdosta regularly and Space City doesn't even show up in the guide. It's not found when I search for it. It's there at home, but not on the road.

Oh well, I just bought the MLB TV pass and it works out of market, so all good.

Sucks I've missed all the fun, had to do yard work and prep for back to school next week. I'm okay with the result tho

Outside the blackout market you should be able to watch the Astros regardless of your address on the mlb.tv account.

Their software really seems to have identifying locations and sometimes thinks I'm places I'm not. Connecting to wifi seems to provide the more accurate location.

As far as VPN I think that would probably work with mlb.tv too, but I've not tested that, not do I know how Fubo gets their location.

Yeah I don't know on that one… I'm heading to Toronto for business next week and I may run into the same thing .. you would think a VPN service would work but I think VPN Express routes through Dallas which means no Astros probably?

If you have DirecTV use their app. I've never had an issue doing that.
