Good morning to everyone but Plano, #StraightUpTX fans and any slapnuts out there attempting (poorly) to bite my online gimmick. At least let that peach fuzz grow in before you tug on the tail of this rattlesnake. Remember: your team doesn’t matter and never did. #Relentless 🤘🏼🔥 pic.twitter.com/5KjTFuSR3O

Evan Carter and Zach Dezenzo are not the same prospects, but the parallels of their breakneck pace to the big leagues and the desperate times at which they were called up are hard to ignore - https://t.co/Ehusws0Dd8

Astros GM Dana Brown says Justin Verlander will start "Friday or Saturday in Sugar Land". Brown also mentions there's no timeline on Luis Garcia who has been shut down from throwing. @SportsTalk790 @SeanUnfiltered https://t.co/55Y0pSwi82

“We should get him back sometime this month. He’s pretty much pain free & making great progress. He had good activity yesterday in Houston. There’s a chance he could be back in the big leagues this month. We need him bad.” Astros GM Dana Brown on Kyle Tucker. Brown is on with…

True. I think with Lance and Luis, it's not that they can't, it's more about whether the juice is worth the squeeze. Our rotation has been good and, at least Lance, isn't someone you want in the pen. For the pen, you are arguably better off calling up someone like Whitley than risking an injury for a potentially limited / ineffective Garcia.Ag_07 said:
Even then I just don't see it happening.
Between him being shut down completely, them being extra careful when he can throw again, and the time for all this to happen I just don't see it.

Whats fascinating to me is pitchers moving to 4 seamers, which theoretically produce more fly balls. I guess the goal is the batter either miss the 4 seamer (ideal) or can't turn on it (pretty good) to set up off speed stuff with downward movement that may produce more ground balls (very good).Farmer1906 said:
