Yeah this offense needs to get insanely better if we expect to win a wild card + ALDS and get to an 8th straight championship series

Our pitching staff isn't good enough to win games when we score less than 4 consistently

We need a president of baseball operations so we never have to be concerned with Dana making a single decision regarding the major league roster ever again. He may be ok for pitching but the man clearly knows nothing about offensive players and makes terrible decisions regarding them. He should have done something, anything to help the offense at the deadline, yet he seems content with this.

I'm not saying he should be benched. I'm saying he's not good enough to be an everyday guy. I realize we don't have other options.
