Tayler Scott tossed a perfect 9th with 3 strikeouts tonight. He hasn’t allowed an earned run since June 15th.

Overall, he has a 1.29 ERA over 44 games this season out of the pen. What a find by Dana Brown. #Astros #Relentless pic.twitter.com/N2SOOcKyhv

Dave Roberts said he doesn’t expect Freddie Freeman to be back this series. No decision made yet on if there will be a roster move to put him on the family emergency list.

So what's the story there? I haven't seen anything other than he didn't travel and is with family….
Freddie Freeman hasn't missed a game this season and keeps posting even as his family is going through a difficult time. @chelseafree5 shared this 💙 🙏 pic.twitter.com/bvCHOYXNYI

Good morning to everyone but Los Angeles, #LetsGoDodgers fans and the sad faces who still cry about The Scandal every time these two teams get together. It counted, it will always count and that trophy will never, ever be yours. Weep. Your tears still fuel us. #Relentless🤘🏼🔥 pic.twitter.com/F3olhkU8Bx

https://t.co/LWCLC95Z3H. Sources: Yankees (and at least these 5 other clubs) are in mix for Marlins lock-down lefty closer Tanner Scott (0 runs allowed since June 13)

https://t.co/WYpeq3WKCU Thoughts on Crochet's demands and why 1 team lines up best if the White Sox actually trade him. Why the Mariners need more bats than just Arozarena. Is Phillies/Orioles deal a sign contenders will trade with each other this deadline?

July pitching for our "7-8-9" Not a fan of Abreu's WHIP, but otherwise, not too shabby
The walks are the big issue, but I have to think the babip has some (un)luck involved. Idk. Yes, good thing he can generate KsBeat40 said:redline248 said:

I don't like seeing that line from Abreu at all. That's actually not good at all. His saving grace is the ability to strike people out.
Framber Valdez has allowed more than 3 ER in just 3 of his 18 starts this season. The Astros have won his last 6 starts, during which time he has a 2.45 ERA. Sticking to the script, it seems. pic.twitter.com/DSTqCS242K

A’s are telling teams they are reluctant to trade Brent Rooker (.948 OPS) or JJ Bleday (30 doubles). With progress being made and 103.7-mph closer Mason Miller on the shelf, it doesn’t look like a huge sale for them

Yankees are a complete ****ing dumpster fire right now. Looking at last night lineup when Volpe has the third best avg on the team you know you're in trouble. You love to see it.

The BABIP is stupidly high but it's been almost all singles. 9 singles and 2 doubles. His BAA is .268 but the xBAA is .206. That suggests some measure of bad luck. The 5 walks aren't great.
What really concerns me is he threw 182 pitches in July.
Hader only threw 116 and Pressly 92.
And in the world of small sample size stats, Hader gave up 4 hits and 3 HR.
