I don't think Joe saying a few weeks is a new revelation. I think we were already looking at after the all star break.

My guess is Tucker heads out on a rehab assignment after the break and joins the Astros at home versus the Dodgers.

The point of keeping it close to the vest is to try to retain leverage when engaging in trade discussions. Just throwing it out there a bone is broken, if it actually is broken, when you're trying to deal for Vlad - I'm sure that makes the Blue Jays a little more stubborn on their return...

I'm fine with that. If that's the way they want to play it then they should t say anything. They have been doing the opposite of this, suggesting he's better day over day then suddenly not able to walk then jogging then not walking.

Just say "I have no update today"

I actually think sustained success in the other big 3 sports is A LOT easier.

I think you can pretty much be spot on in naming the final 4 four teams in the conference championships of basketball and football before the season starts. Hell there have been back to back champs in football and basketball way more often than baseball.

The long season and randomness of baseball is what makes it so incredibly difficult.

I'd like to step back and take a moment to appreciate what the Aggie baseball team has done as a bridge to the Stros horrible start. I won't rehash all of it as you're all well aware but my goodness, how sweet was this run by the Stros when we got the rug pulled out from under us from Judas.

Now Aggie baseball is on fire along with the Stros and oh look, Elko has just joined the chat.

There was a guy on this board in January telling you Arlington wouldn't make the playoffs.

Mayor McCheese is down 136 points in OPS by himself so far compared to last year.

Semien says hold my beer, he's down 142 points.

I'd like to think the 'Stros were just giving us a chance to fully enjoy the Aggie baseball run by allowing us 100% focus during April, May, and early June.

The As have been known to dump good players so they don't have to pay league minimum after the ASB, not saying that's the case here, but it happens.

I don't really agree with this at all.

I'm not saying I want either of these guys but I disagree with the sentiment. It's often a numbers game. And sometimes guys just need a fresh start. A lot of times one organization will see something another doesn't and tweak something and it clicks. An example would be Tayler Scott who played for Oakland last year
