Aggies up 9-1 top 9th
Unfortunately the NFL will be following this model soon. Amazon, Netflix, Peacock, Nickelodeon, and the usual array of networks. Fortunately NFL games are only once a week, but this hunting to find the game will be a new past time.AggiEE said:
how the heck do I watch this game?
seriously annoying what MLB does with their games
Some takeaways from the week include Ryan Pressly’s peripherals and role, Chas McCormick’s struggles and early returns on José Abreu - https://t.co/4fcm22MnEp

Justin Verlander will face the Cardinals tonight for the first time since June 19, 2012. He opposed Lance Lynn that day. Phil Coke and Joaquin Benoit relieved him. A sitting manager, fired manager and sitting bench coach were all in the Cardinals lineup pic.twitter.com/CLNgLCNjdK

I mean we were tied last night....Absolutely no guarantee we would have scored again.Hulla Baller said:
So I've missed the past couple of games but to sum it up it seems like Pressly has basically blown the last two wins we should of had?
To defend him slightly, the winning run yesterday only got on base after 3 strike 3's were called balls.Hulla Baller said:

Pressly has been on the mound when the Astros were leading or tied and it turned to a loss 7 times this season (3 losses, 4 blown saves). The team would be 33-27 and leading the division without his meltdowns, and 30-30 even if all of the ties eventually became losses.
In a season full of suck, Pressly might be worse than Jose Abreu.

And I promise he'll probably eat as much as he can (which is about 2 scoops, because he's weird on ice cream). But coke? He'll try to drain the place out of it.

I've been hearing Chas' name come up a lot in regards to potential trades. There's a few teams who think he could benefit from a change of scenery. He's not happy with some things so maybe going elsewhere will get his mind right.
I'm not sure what Houston could get in return- but there's teams out there who need help in the OF.

14. Houston Astros
Record: 26-34, third place in AL West
Run differential: -7
The Astros have been the most disappointing team in MLB and their streak of seven consecutive years in the postseason is at risk. But I still believe in this team, as long as it can get the starting pitching figured out. The Astros' lineup remains solid with a strong core of Kyle Tucker, Yordan Alvarez, Jose Altuve and Alex Bregman. They are still an above-average defensive team. However, first baseman Jos Abreu, who recently returned after a demotion to the minors, is in serious decline, and their other first baseman, Jon Singleton, profiles more as a role player. Josh Hader has converted eight of nine save opportunities and settled in after a rough start. Starting pitching has been the main problem as the trio of Hunter Brown, Spencer Arrighetti and J.P. France have combined to go 4-13 with an ERA north of 6.35. Take those starts away and the Astros would be at or near the top of the division. Framber Valdez, Justin Verlander and Ronel Blanco have been solid, but the injuries to Cristian Javier, Luis Garcia, Lance McCullers Jr. and Jos Urquidy have taken a toll and there's no promise of when any of them will be back.
Early trade deadline needs: The Astros are targeting a good starting pitcher, a first base bat and a reliever. This year they're going to have to trade their way to the playoffs, especially in the starting pitching department.
