It got so bad for me this has now been my routine for many years: I wait about 45 minutes to an hour to start watching but I don't watch us pitch live. I read in the game thread how we pitched an inning at a time and only watch us hitting not knowing the outcome first. Yes there are still moments when we crap the bed hitting where I sometimes might let an f bomb fly (I'm looking at you Breggy) but not that often as it's more a depressed sigh.

This has helped avoid many profanity laced outbursts that would worry my wife and children. The light bulb moment came when my youngest son asked me years ago "Daddy, why do you watch sports when it makes you so angry?"
