I'm in the Heights, we got clobbered. First time in my life I had to do the duck and cover in the closet under the stairs. No power, no tv so I ended up listening to the game on my battery powered AM radio. Reminded me of being a kid in the 1970's and listening to Gene Elston and Loel Passe.
The game is definitely better without that POS in it
Got a great opportunity to take these guys from the Clear Creek Varsity Baseball Team and their wood shop teacher down to batting practice to meet Pena, Bregs, and Dubon, and show off their bats that they personally made in class. CCEF gave them a grant to get the equipment necessary to make these in class. Really neat to see the players embrace these kids and make a lifetime memory.
