Looked up team stats earlier today. Astros have 27 RBI with RISP and sport a .650 team OPS. Those are good for 26th in the league out of 30 teams.
In all situations, they are 3rd overall in homers but only 17th in RBI.
They simply cannot hit when guys get on base. Cough... spit... hack... gurgle.

No, we missed an opportunity to purge the Dusty from this team and we promoted Espada.

Other than the non-TV years, I've been an Astro fan day in, day out since I was old enough to wave to Cesar Cedeno from the pavillion (1977). Maybe the end is nigh or maybe we turn it around when we get healthy, but my Astro fandom doesn't waver.
Hopefully the "EVERYONE SUCKS" posters will lose interest and find other pasttimes if the losing keeps up, but I doubt it.
