What's weird about Singleton, is that according to my OOTP25 game, which crunches a ton of data and scouting reports to get their ratings, Singleton actually fares much better against lefties than he does against righties.
I couldn't find minor league split stats, but his pro splits, albeit scattered across 10+ years, bear that out
