You gotta start to wonder if the league is allowing some shenanigans. At no point were we this bad just last year. Totally uncompetitive.

There's just no excuse…purge the Dusty from this organization and fire everyone on the coaching staff.
Too many uncompetitive games and the ones that ARE competitive are all going the other way (winless in 1-run games and extra innings).
You'll never convince me that this isn't the result of an absolutely terrible coaching staff who is powerless to right the ship.

Ya'll want Maldy back so he can tame our pitching staff now? Could use him at 1B. We should make a trade with the White Sox.

The rollercoaster of this thread is fun. After a loss the optimism returns of potentially winning the next game. Then we get kicked in the balls the first two innings of the game and reality rushes back. Wash rinse repeat!

Still feel like it's impossible to know about Espada but I'm all for cleaning all the position coaches out right now. And starting the rebuild, beginning with Bregman and forcing someone to take Abreu's salary.

Who has been optimistic since the Yankee sweep?

Well when we raised concerns after the first two games in Arlington it was met with a lot of "it's early, long season. This team went to ALCS last year"
Low and behold those same concerns are present almost 3 weeks later
