Window isn't closed but this team is going to have issues all year. I'm honestly thinking we fight for a wild card spot all the way until the final games of the season.
Worry is warranted. Brown/Crane might have to be active sooner than they expected if this continues. There has to be answers to the inconsistency.

We got butt****ed in games 6 and 7. And now the same funk has seemed to continue into this season. Is it remnants of Dusty? Is it complacency? Is it Abreu? Is it Crane? Is the window closing? I have no idea.

They have too many "professionals" and no dawgs with any emotion. Bregman turned into a ***** after the trash can stuff and lost all of his fire and passion. Springer and Correa left. Now you can't name 1 guy in the team with any kind of emotion shown. A Garcia may be a roided up meathead, but dude knows how to pump up his team and get the crowd going. We are a team full of Roger Dorn's.

At this point I'd be happier than a pig in **** to be "fighting for a wild card spot" this season. This team has major issues. The offense is excruciatingly inconsistent and that is why we're 2-6. We make scrub pitchers look like ****ing Sandy Koufax. It's unreal.

Chemistry. This team just doesn't seem to have it. With the Springer/Breggy/Altuve/Correa teams it just seems like there was more of a spark there. I know they managed a double-middle-finger-to-the-world championship in 22 but I just don't see the spark ever since then. Lot of "going thru the motions" vibe. Was hoping that getting rid of the walking brain fart that was Dusty would turn things around. Not seeing it yet.
