Traded straight up for pitcher Josh Fields I believe . Fields pitched 2 more years for the Dodgers and was done

Absolute fleecing of the Dodgers by the Astros

Before all is said and done , probably better than the Bagwell deal

Correct. Fields eventually was traded 4-5 more times and then retired. Lives outside Athens, GA. Ranks up there with the Bagwell deal maybe.
