the Astros are 20-8 since dumping Jose Abreu on June 13th
you know...might should have done that earlier
Where is Abreu now?
Edit to clarify I know what the Astros did, just curious if he retired or what he's doing.
On June 18 the @astros were 33-40 & 10.0 games out. Just 24 games later, they are now in first.

They're the second team in MLB history to go from being 5+ games under .500 & 10.0+ games back to being in first place in fewer than 25 games, along with the "Miracle Braves" of 1914. pic.twitter.com/oOb3BLtdQK
Will Wagner went 3-for-5 with R, 2B, HR, 2 RBI in win for Sugar Land. He’s hitting .311 this season. #Astros pic.twitter.com/nsZu46pVdH

Good morning to everyone but Seattle, #TridentsUp fans and anyone who didn’t believe it when we said the @astros were inevitable. And they remain so. (By the way: blowing a 10-game lead in 24 days? That’s more incompetent than the Secret Service 😏) #Relentless 🤘🏼🔥 pic.twitter.com/NvWC35SMGx

The Mariners just lost a 10-game lead in 24 games
Prepare yourself to wait a minute on Tucker returning. He’ll be back. But, I’d prepare yourself mentally now for an August without him.

General curiosity but why do people feel this about the front office? I mean outside of just general public just being pissed because they feel entitled to know what the injury is….but it's not like they've made the recovery time longer or hampered is progress…

I think people struggle with understanding did 1) was it diagnosed wrong, or 2) are we being dishonest about it in public. Either way, it breeds angst and distrust with the fans over the issue, and there is a ton of injury weariness as it relates to LMJ specially with this organization.
