$ Spend to FA - obviously there wasn't a ton to be done, but Crane still made a splash & topped 100 M only with 2 guys,
NET WAR last year & projection - We lost 4 guys that total 0.2 WAR. A backup and a reliever (notorious low WAR position) and we're still in the top half. A lot of addition by subtraction.

Rangers, Twins, and Os are all near the bottom after winning their division or getting close. This doesn't account for the Os trade. I guess Rangers and Twins were satisfied with last year and didn't want to get better or even stay as good.
I really like the DBacks and Royals offseasons. And the Cards might be a sneaky AL Central pick.
