Absolutely incredible. Unbelievable. I was at the game a week ago today (last Sunday) in Houston and said on this thread that we (Astros) were done. The Astros were playing terrible baseball for over 3 weeks at the most critical time of the year in a tight 3-way division race.
They were toast.
Then, this weekend happened. The Astros win 3 this weekend and the Rangers get swept and drop 3 places in 3 days. Absolutely one of the most epic outcomes in MLB history. Now the Astros get a week off and go from number 6 to number 2 seed in once day. The Rangers just pulled the biggest choke job in recent MLB history. I'm stunned.
Plus, the team that swept the Rangers are out and they were firmly in it till 1 day before the season ended!

I honestly thought 4 days ago that the Astros would not get a WC and on Friday would have bet my kid's homes that there was zero chance of the Astros winning the last 3 and the Rangers losing the last 3....
