Totally different situation but this one is starting to remind me of Game 7 of the '85 series when SL had a total meltdown from the night before in game 6 when Denkinger missed the call at first and after that, SL couldn't do anything right. It carried over the next night and SL couldn't get anyone out. Then Andujar went nuts -- I think Whitey put him out there to do just that -- and the Royals win rather easily.

As I said, totally different situation but I don't get the "give up a game" strategy. I guess when you don't have the arms, you don't have the arms (as Yogi might say).
