Against Tampa, I believe, Jung got a grounder and had a chance to get the guy going to 3rd. Someone asked why? I mentioned it was about mindset and getting outs. Just get the out at 1st.

Seager could have gone either way. Getting the runner at 3rd is preferred, but looking that way means you likely give up 1st as an option.

E6 and fortunately it didn't cost us more.

At some point the broadcast has to get tired of talking up the losing team, right?!

One of the broadcasters for the Tampa/Rangers series was on the radio show. He said they knew weeks ahead they were going to Tampa and they fully expected Toronto. All of their prep was done for Tampa v Toronto with drops and background.... so, when it became the Rangers it caught them by surprise. This was BEFORE the series, he said that.

I can't help but believe this broadcast crew fully planned Tampa v O's and don't have the background on the Rangers. They have very little background and very little color on them. They make an overview sweeping statement, but nothing meaningful.

Terrible on the broadcast crew.
