The O's got out of the bases loaded jam giving up only 1 run. The Hpuston bench is almost empty and they lose the DH since Diaz should be moving to catcher.

Hope the O's can pull it out.

That's not a prediction, it is actual standings right now. They still have the lead due to percentage if they win today. Also head-to-head.

Texas has the most expected wins though.

Winning West is a huge advantage, super fun to playing meaningful baseball in Sept.

Looking ahead, if we can win the Seattle series, things could really set up well for us. Seattle then plays Houston while we play the Angels.

Would sure be nice to head to Seattle for those last 4 games with some sort of cushion.

You keep driving yourself up the wall saying this one game or this one series is do-or-die, and then the next week there's a new one.

We could go 6-0 the next 6 games and if we go 0-4 in the last 4 we're possibly on the outside looking in. The next 6 aren't more important than the last 4.
