Hate the execution of this club since the break, even worse has been the management of this club since the break. Terrible pretty much all around, and it starts at the top.

Half the players in the league don't know the disengagement rule, and Chapman likely wasn't even sure whose timeout it was -- all Heim did is pat his chest protector and just assumed Chapman knew from that?

I mean, how does a MLB not have one guy in a bullpen who can get a save? It's unreal…and it's epically bad when you can't get any runs to win a game you are losing going into the 9th. They can blow games but can't win them while trailing late.
