I know the numbers aren't outrageous tonight, but strikeouts for this team are the biggest issue at the plate, imo.

Are you trying on the "Audacy" app? They might be streaming exclusively through it. I've listened to them on it plenty of times. But I know a few years back I would try to listen to Aggie Football games on "tunein" and leerfield sports had it blacked out on that app.

It's one game. Nobody stays hot. This is a lull for sure though. Glad we have a 4 game lead.
This didn't age well. Astros are averaging 8.33 runs per game over the last 3 and we punted a game against a bottom feeder right before they come in here hot. Drives me crazy.gigem1223 said:

We're in a great spot heading into the series tomorrow. Seager and Heim are well rested, the bats have warmed back up, the good bullpen arms are rested and we start the series off with Gray and Eovaldi on the mound.
We had the pitching matchup advantage and it didn't go well tonight at all. We have to at least beat Brown, Framber, or Javier or this first half of the season will be pretty forgettable.
I said coming into the series that I'd be good with a split. I still feel that way now. Need ace Eovaldi to show up, he's been a bit shaky lately.

I said at the beginning of the year that the Astros are the best team in baseball by a lot, talent-wise. They are hungover from last year, but I full expect them to win the World Series again. And as a Rangers fan, much like as Aggie fan, I expect a sweep to happen this weekend, just because that's how my teams usually roll. If we win a game, I'd be thrilled. Not even kidding either.
My Bochy theory and just a theory…. but with punting winnable games to hearing Rangers didnt take bp today….. Bochy wants to stress the team by having astros, angels, seattle, whoever ….. close up the division lead to see if the guys can rise above….. Bochy can never admit this, but it seems like he is trying to "stress" the team into early playoff mode…… if guys crap the bed during the playoffs then its too late to adjust….. but if he can create stress midseason to see if anyone isnt ready…… then trades, callups can be made…… call me crazy and maybe I am….. but most of these guys arent playoff tested and maybe this is Bochys test

They currently have 1 good SP and three above average hitters that are not injured.
They are not the best team in baseball.
They do know how to win, which is what Bochy has been trying to do with these men.
What bothers me most are the fans. The arrogance, entitlement, and stubbornness from them simply amaze me.
Well silver lining from last night is Otto looked good in his debut. May be a solid piece for us out of the pen moving forward.
