I see the draw here for sure, but taking another college pitcher with our track record makes me nervous as hell, and the OFers are really stinking good at the top of this draft. It's also our thinnest position as an organization.

Not looking forward to this match up with Gallen. He's damn good and as the poster earlier stated is not talked about much, probably because he plays in Arizona.

A bomb by Jung with bases loaded in the first would be ideal but that might get boring if we see it too much.

I don't expect Skenes to be there. Dollander has slipped. Walks are up. WHIP is way up. Haven't seen it confirmed but his velocity was supposedly down a tick. Pass.

I tend to agree that Crews and Skenes won't be available past the first two picks in the drat. People think Crews is the best prospect to come out since Rutschman, and Skenes is only a step below because Crews has been that guy since he stepped foot on campus. Pittsburgh and Washington would way over thinking to not grab them one and two.

The guy I gravitate towards is Max Clark. He's essentially a five-tool player even though his real power hasn't come yet, but everyone thinks that when he begins to add muscle being an every day player he'll be just fine in the power department. I really like Langford and Jenkins as well. Both have plus plus power and are good outfielders. The difference for them is that they profile as corner outfielders at the next level, whereas Clark can do it all at a really high level.

I guess we're not the only ones sick of watching Smith stink up the joint. This is another reason to love Bochy. If you don't hit, he will not put you in the lineup as much or even at all.

Hard to tell from my seat - has Gallen thrown that knuckle curve for a strike yet? He seems to be missing badly with that pitch.

It's not a strike pitch. It's an out pitch and likely won't be thrown over the plate much.

Called strike vs actual strike are two different things. Pitch #3 to Adolis was called a strike
