Back when we got married, we wrote our vows separately, and both of our 4th vows were that I would root for the Astros as long as they weren't playing the Rangers, and hers the same but switched. So after we read them everyone there got a good kick out of it even though it was all totally unplanned haha.

But a couple of years ago when it was the Rays and Stros in the ALDS or CS, she had to remind me of them when I started pulling for the Rays. And she's quick to remind me of them almost everyday.

I think the only time I hear Ws influences CY Award is if a SP gets to 20 Ws, but Eovaldi is T3. Eflin (TB) and Gibson (Balt) are 1st with 12.

All the more reason to throw a strike. It's actually okay to give up an 0-2 hit. That's why the batters get 3 strikes. They are pretty good.
