I was surprised by that too. Also the way Rogers melon head makes those look like childrens shades and Baggy's Popeye forearms with veins the size of a garden hose.

He's in the twins org now. Batting under 0.240 in the minors. He's a glorified seat filler at this point.

He OPSed .900 for AAA Buffalo in 2021 which is about par for his career at that level.

His problem is that he ate his way out of being a guy who could play multiple positions. Someone would give him a shot if he could still be a utility guy. Marwin (who just signed in Japan btw) hasn't hit isht since the cans stopped banging and he's gotten a bunch of chances with good teams just because of his versatility. We're the best team in baseball and look at some of the guys we trot out there.

It's sad that lack of ability to lay off a cheeseburger probably cost White a decent MLB career as a utility guy.
