Wasn't that trade before 2019 season? Thought poster was talking about in 2019. My apologies

Feel free to change away, but it's Bellinger worth kicking tires on as a reclamation project? He can play 1B....

2019 Hinch decision or not. I just have to tip my hat to freakin Howie Kendrick. That was an insane swing of the bat. It sucks but that's baseball.

Kendrick hit a pitcher's pitch. I'm not even mad Will Harris. Kendrick had a hell of a swing and barreled it.

He's a ***** that is not needed in the clubhouse IMO.

That makes more sense for a team like Oakland. He can play there everyday and it not matter. If he figures it out they have a trade asset. If not, they continue to lose.

He would be a great fit as a part time role or potential platoon bat. His o-swing% is way up over his last few years meaning he's chasing out of the zone a lot. Wouldn't shock me at all to see a change of scenary and voices coaching him totally make him have a renaissance.agproducer said:3B Paul 97 said:agproducer said:

Maybe bring released will humble him. I think there could be value there. If he is 75% of what he was in his MVP year, he could be a nice addition.

That's a "how can you not be romantic baseball" moment for people who aren't Astros fans.Deluxe said:irish pete ag06 said:

I can still hear the clank of that ball hitting the foul pole and flipping that game, series and season 180 degrees in a split second.
Astros CF prosect Pedro Leon hit his 2nd homer of the Puerto Rican Winter League season tonight.

In 4 games, he's batting .333 with 2 homers and an OPS of 1.055
His manager in the PR is Astros hitting coach Alex Cintron.

I'd be pissed if i was a Twins fan. Their unis were great, and those are *****
I think their best uni was and still is the white with large Twins script. They're replacing script Minnesota with a new (better?) font. They did ditch the TC interlocking one. I kind of liked those. Reminds me of the 90s when the Astros just had the star on the one side.
100% agree the M hat is the worst.

So, it's apparent we all sold our Aggie football souls for the WS ring the year.
No regrets.

If it's 8 years, it's $42M per year. I don't know that it's that much of a low-ball.Ag_07 said:
That's a low ball we don't want to offer you what you want but we have to make you an offer isn't it?
