That makes more sense for a team like Oakland. He can play there everyday and it not matter. If he figures it out they have a trade asset. If not, they continue to lose.

He would be a great fit as a part time role or potential platoon bat. His o-swing% is way up over his last few years meaning he's chasing out of the zone a lot. Has anyone even seen Josh Bell's name connected to the Astros? I would think he'd be a real target, but I've seen nothing. I think I'd rather have him than an overpriced Jose Abreu.

I think their best uni was and still is the white with large Twins script. They're replacing script Minnesota with a new (better?) font. They did ditch the TC interlocking one. I kind of liked those. Reminds me of the 90s when the Astros just had the star on the one side.
100% agree the M hat is the worst.
I like the new unis. Everything but the "M" hats is pretty sharp but those hats are garbage.
I'm also a sucker for their retro powder-blue v-neck jerseys.

Depends on the years. At 8 years it's $42MMper. At 7 it's $48MMper.
He's almost 31 right now. I'm guessing it's an 8 or 9 year deal. If 9 years, that's between what I expected the per year amount to be, between $35MM and $49Mm. If 8, a little higher than I would have expected.
