His sinker looks special tonight.

Reporting tonight from my palatial seats at beautiful Globe Life Field. The Karbach craft brews are mighty fine.

Dane Dunning only has 1 win in 20 starts. Yikes! His 4.30 ERA isn't great, but not awful. Probably deserves better than a 1-6 record.

Yeah but that 1/3 of an inning we got from Corey Kluber was totally worth it right?!
Good...I hope he lights it up the rest of the season & becomes a valuable piece in a trade.Tksymm7 said:
Just a funny, little coincidence, but since we analyzed Justin Foscue earlier last week, and concluded that he is underperforming some this season for what he profiles as as a player, he has absolutely gone off lol.

Not having a position is an issue, but they do need a DH.

Howard ain't that guy.
I've been as down about the new ballpark as anyone but I was there last night and that was fun.wbt5845 said:
Announced attendence last night was over 38,000. Great atmosphere with the place so full.

Retractable roof is great. Especially with the game time temps in the 100s.rbtexan said:CampingAg said:I've been as down about the new ballpark as anyone but I was there last night and that was fun.wbt5845 said:

I don't understand what all the hate towards the new ballpark is about. I think it's great.
Maybe I just spent too many nights sweating my a$$ off at the last two, but simply having a retractable roof makes it a winner in my book.
I think he could be an answer if Jung can't stay healthy. But if Jung doesn't get injured again, he's the guy. He's a better hitter than Duran (not that Duran is bad at all) and the Rangers need offense from that position. FWIW, Jung is playing now in AZ, and is tearing the cover off the ball. He's playing in the field as well, and I'll bet he gets a September call-up, because he's going to have to be added to the 40 man anyway...might as well give him a cup of coffee this season.WestTexasAg said:
What do you guys think the ceiling is for Duran? He has been fairly impressive so far. Could he end up being the answer at 3B if Jung is not?
