I actually might not have minded Maldy by 8th and Chas be 9th, but I just like that we'll get a couple of good ABs out of the DH spot.

No - Mancini as DH, Diaz as LF, or Dubon as CF are the other scenarios when Maldy plays. As I said this is the best-case scenario.

Earlier in the segment, he made the argument that the no hitter was not impressive because, and I quote, "who is tuning in and wants to see an Astro do good"

It's crazy to think that just a couple of years ago if you told me Verlander vs Syndergaard was happening in the World Series, I would have said someone is winning a 3-2 type game.

I'm expecting this to be the highest scoring game of the World Series so far.

All I can ask for is we put up runs early in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and give JV a large lead. From there it's trusting Dusty won't let JV go too far and give up another large lead.
