Yeah, it's weird. My passion & emotion levels for sports definitely started waining when I realized I was getting older than most pro athletes. They ain't my kids and I ain't getting paid when they get paid, so....it's entertaining television.

Astros are a little bit different, because...reasons. Partly because I've followed them longer and been to more Astros games than any other sports team, party because there are 162 games and you're not crushed when you lose 2 games or 20.

I'm 2 years older than Nolan Ryan was in his last season. It felt like he was 85 years old back then.
